In 2021 we were approached by a business owing nearly $100,000 to the IRS after a recent audit: the result of inaccurate record keeping. We cleaned up their books, then created a fail-proof process for accurately categorizing transactions and reviewing the financials each month. After the cleanup, an audit reconsideration was requested, and this business decreased their tax audit bill by 40%.
